We meet with you and to understand your business, your campaign goals, and potential offerings.

Together we make an agreement with a Brief.

Ivy Marketing Ltd produces a Campaign Outline and Summary of Information and will send it to you for approval.

Once approved we generate phone scripts or written information using our knowledge of your industry to shape the campaign approach.

We generate a target list, or use one that you provide.

We use Google Docs spreadsheets for transparency and management of contacts – shared with you at all times. You are encouraged to watch the creation of this list, track progress and review the notes resulting from calls.

We initiate contact with prospective targets and deliver follow up calls as required.

We deliver any Marketing Collateral as agreed to interested parties.

We follow up and convert positive leads.

2. How do I know when my campaign starts?

We agree on a commencement date.

We deliver weekly reports to you.

You have access to our target list and raw results from contacts. You can access these at any time so you know exactly how many contacts have been made and can see exactly the responses achieved.

If we feel, once underway, that the campaign could be targeted better or is unlikely to achieve the desired results we will let you know and work with you to make the changes required. If you succeed, so do we.

3. Commencing a campaign

Our Cold Calling process is:

Excite and educate - cold call

Elaborate - information out via email or post

Conversion - follow up for desired outcome

This is a process, which goes through a cycle of around 3-4 weeks to conversion. True momentum is gained on approximately week four, so we suggest a 6-12 week trial to accurately gauge return on investment (ROI).

The majority of our standard services are provided via telephone which keeps your costs down to an affordable level. We have many options to suit your requirements.

We do not charge commissions, only a flat fee.
