Each week we provide a report to our clients with a snapshot overview / analysis of their weekly stats.  Each customer requires different analysis and reporting information on their outsourced marketing.  To get a feel for what is included for some of our customers, please see the following examples:

Gemma spoke with Vib at Harris Foster Consulting, who asked a range of questions including if we can do installation throughout NZ. Gemma confirmed we can arrange PS1, Install and PS4 and Vib was very happy about that.  Vib went on to say that she would let Sean Innes know he can go ahead with us for a Greymouth project,  I hope this was okay?  Do we have an installer network throughout NZ or what is the general rule in regards to installs please?

Meeting set with Bunnings National Manager - excellent contact who has confirmed that Bunnings have adopted a standard throughout both Australia and New Zealand that demands PL EL be utilised for all stores.  He was frustrated by the fluff around that consultants involved in first project created and told them just to get on with it!

Meeting set with Mitre 10 Mega Hornby

Spoke with Bryce from Wormald Hamilton and felt his feedback was important.  He advised us that his guys are not really interested in meeting as it's not their core business and we would be wasting our time.  He said he know's Auckland branches are all for it but its not for them. Not sure what you want me to do with this Mike?  I will be following up with Dave again this week.

Kym's Notes:

No one I spoke to was familiar with Elite6, although a Bank Manager did mention receiving an email from you.

Most wanted information or invites.

Made 60 Calls out of that have 8 Attendees (we spent almost a full day on this).

There are 2 people coming from one Real Estate Firm, although the second person will not be attending until the second meeting as he is away on the 21st.

We enjoyed this assignment, and thank you for the opportunity of working with you.
 

We are next scheduled to work with you on 8 April to finalise Dunedin region.
